As a product management professional, I specialize in shaping and delivering high-impact solutions at the intersection of industrial operations and advanced technologies. My focus areas Manufacturing AI, IoT, Internet of Energy (IoE), Internet of Logistics (IoL), Digital Supply Chain Systems, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES/MOM), all of which are critical enablers of the connected factory. I drive the development and strategic positioning of products that not only address operational challenges but also contribute to long-term green transformation and sustainability goals. With a user- and data-centric approach, I work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that every product delivers measurable value across the industrial value chain.
Project Management
In project management, I focus on leading complex, multi-stakeholder digital transformation initiatives within the manufacturing sector. From concept to implementation, I orchestrate projects that digitize core production processes, optimize resource use, and enable real-time visibility across operations. My approach blends agile practices with domain-specific methodologies to ensure that projects remain aligned with business objectives and are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Whether deploying MES platforms, scaling AI-based predictive maintenance, or integrating IoT infrastructure, I ensure that each project lays a solid foundation for smarter, more resilient manufacturing.
